MIKASA VLS300 IS THE OFFICIAL AND EXCLUSIVE BALL OF THE ITALIAN BEACH VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE

Mikasa at the forefront in Italy also in beach volleyball.

From January 29 it will be alongside the Italian Beach Volleyball League in the 1st Winter Championship for Club, where the model VLS300 will be the official and exclusive ball VLS300 of the competition.

The 1st Winter Championship for Club is a turning point for beach volleyball in Italy. Thanks to the splendid achievements of the Italian athletes at the last Olympics, more and more people are following o practicing beach volley.

The Italian League Beach Volleyball organizes the first team championship reserved to its affiliates. The championship will be divided into various territorial stage which will be played simultaneously but with different game locations. Act concluding the final in Rome on 6 and 7 May 2017.
The Championship kick off will be on January 29 and will be held in 9 cities (Milan, Turin, Mantua, Modena, Rimini, Bologna, Rome, Latina and Padova) and 16 different location.

All the matches of the 1st Winter Championship for Club will be played with Mikasa balls and specifically with VLS300 model, chosen by the FIVB as the official and exclusive ball for beach volleyball. Launched in 2010, the VLS300 is built with a special technology that makes it unique. The sewing system, "Twist Lock" prevents 10 contrasting color panels to be open even after an intensive and professional use of the ball. Made in Super Composite, the VLS 300 is resistant to perspiration, water and heat. The inside with a water repellent finish and a sponge layer in the internal structure guarantees to the flask a minimum absorption of water ensuring the maintenance of official weight even with different climatic conditions or rich in moisture. The grip, already excellent, will be accentuated with the use and the combination of colors (white, yellow and blue), as well as recall the colors of summer, it is designed to make the ball visible to the players and the public in all conditions.
